Stacy Reegan Brant Jr., age 40, journeyed to the Spirit
World on July 21, 2020 at Sanford Health in Fargo, North
Dakota. He was born on August 9, 1979 in Sisseton, South
Dakota the son of Stacy Reegan Brant Sr. and Sonia Gail
White. Stacy grew up in Sisseton, SD and Park Rapids, MN,
where he made many memories. He grew up around pow
wows, attended sun dances and traditional ceremonies,
from there is where his love of singing grew. He loved to
sing at the pow wow ceremonies, anywhere they needed
singers, Stacy was there. Jr. always wanted to be with his
family. He loved attending cookouts with them. Stacy loved
telling jokes, stories, making people laugh, smiling and
saying funny things.

Survived by his loving wife: LaCassa Brant; six children:
Josephine, Iantha, Armantha, Evelynn, Jr., Enrique of
Sisseton, SD; father: Stacy Brant Sr. of Red Iron, SD; brothers:
Damian White of Sisseton, SD, Dusty Brant Sr. of Lake
Traverse, SD, Tracy Brant Sr. and Tyson Brant Sr. of Sisseton,
SD, Justin White of Buffalo Lake, SD, and Wachipi Duta
Brant of Sisseton, SD; sisters: Reegan Brant, Nora Brant,
Serena Brant, and Sapphire Morales all of Sisseton, SD
and Candy Dawn White of North Dakota; maternal grandmother:
Mary Ann Daily- Wanna; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by mother: Sonia White; aunt: Beatrice
Wanna; paternal grandparents: Norman Issac Brant and
Rose Blossom Brant; maternal great grandparents: Nora
Wanna and James Wanna.

All – Night Wakes for Stacy Brant Jr. will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2020, Friday, July 24, 2020 and Saturday, July 25, 2020 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at The Buffalo Lake District Center in Buffalo Lake, South Dakota. A funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at The Buffalo Lake District Center in Buffalo Lake, South Dakota.  Officiating will be Elder Gerald “Jr.” Heminger. The Drum Group will be Red Storm and All Singers.  Honorary Casket Bearers will be all his friends near and far. Casket Bearers will be Elis Quinn, George Dumarce, Gabe Dumarce, Barry LaCroix, Jace Renville, Galan Renville, Robert Renville, Brent Starr, Cameron Hill Charboneau, Wambli Brant, Prescott St. John, Derrick Locke, Victor Kompeska, Conway Kompeska, and Chester Wilson.
