Sherri Lee Anderson, age 51, of Minneapolis Journeyed to the Spirit World on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Fairview University Hospital.
She was born on August 27, 1967 in Red Lake, Minnesota the daughter of Allen Roberts and Shirley M. Willey.
Sherri was formerly employed as a floral designer for Bachman Floral Co.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Sherri was a homebody. She enjoyed shopping, walking, decorating, floral designing, volunteer work, going to the casino and pow wows.
The most important thing in her life was her family and relatives!
Survived by children: Leah Arcoren of Mankato, Joshua Arcoren of Minneapolis and Adam Arcoren of Naytahwaush; grandchildren: Kauri, Khloi, Jonni, Kelea, Ilyana and Ahmya; her mother: Shirley Willey of Minneapolis; brothers: Robert “Whitey” Anderson, Justin (Samantha) Willey, Bill Thunder and Alden Roberts; sisters: Sandra “Lulu” and Rosetta Roberts; further survived by aunts, uncles, many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her father Allen Roberts, step father Thomas Willey, a sister Tracey Roberts, significant other Joshua Arcoren Sr., grandparents James and Agnes Roberts, Charles and Eliza Anderson and by her god parents: Phillip & Margaret May Sr.
Funeral Services for Sherri Lee Anderson will be held on Wednesday, July 31st, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at The Red Lake Community Center. Father Jerry Rogers will officiate.
Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery in Red Lake.
An all night wake will be held on Tuesday, July 30th beginning at 5:00 P.M. at The Red Lake Community Center.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Kathy Johns, Pam Johns, Rochelle Cobenais, Ruth White Feather, Gloria Jourdain, Mona May, Rita Weise, Sasha Anderson, Bill May Will May, Pam May, Shelly May, Lisa Thompson, Roy Anderson and Floyd Jourdain Jr.
Casket Bearers will be Justin Willey, Robert Anderson Jr., John Jourdain, James Hazelrigg, Todd Anderson, Ed Jourdain, Devin Anderson and Sam Roy.
Alternative Casket Bearer will be Will Haines.
