Rosemary Magdalen (Loebertmann) Reardon
Age 76, of Waverly passed away on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 at her home in Waverly with her family at her side.
Rosemary was born at home in Winsted, MN, the daughter of Albert and Helena (Kieser) Loebertmann on December 26th, 1933.
On June 8th, 1957, Rosemary was united in marriage to
Dennis Charles Reardon at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted, MN. God blessed their marriage with five children.
Rosemary was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waverly. She worked many years for Commercial Collectors Inc. both at home and at their office. She also served as Clerk for the City of Waverly and was a member of the Charles Claessen American Legion Auxiliary. Rosemary and Dennis celebrated 50 years of Marriage together. She was a faithful caregiver to her husband for the last fifteen years of his life.
Rosemary is survived by her children, Patricia (Ray) Munson of Howard Lake, MN, Barbara (Mark) Gleason of Shorewood, MN, Daniel (Denise) Reardon of Cokato, MN and Nancy (Stephen) Engel of Rosemount, MN; grandchildren, Bill (Lisa) Munson of St. Paul, MN, Melanie (Jeremy) Hjelm of Farmington, MN, Debbie(Justin) Munson Badini of Marquette, MI, Jessie Munson of Memphis, TN, Sam Gleason of Champaign, IL, Anna Gleason of Shorewood, MN, Jacob Engel of Rosemount, MN and Matthew Reardon of Cokato, MN; great-grandchildren, Jon, Caitlin and Blake Hjelm and Adelaide Rose Badini; siblings, Clem Loebertmann of Long Prairie, MN, Lucy (Fritz) Olberding of Overland Park, KS and Albert (Marge) Loebertmann of Shakopee, MN; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marion Loebertmann of Silver Lake, MN, Edmund Snegosky of Lester Prairie, MN, Harold Reardon of Waverly, MN and Lucy Kielty of Waite Park, MN; in-laws, Robert Reardon of St. Paul, MN, Jeanne Painschab, Joe Reardon, Mary (Don) Klingelhoets and Berni Reardon, all of Waverly, MN; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Charles “Chuck” Reardon; husband Dennis Reardon; parents Albert and Helena Loebertmann; siblings, Leo Loebertmann, Lizzie Mochinske, Joseph Loebertman, Della Knoll, Florentine Snegosky, Rita Reardon and Mark Loebertmann.
Casket Bearers are Harold Reardon, Jerry Decker, Sam Gleason, Fritz Olberding, Paul Reardon and Pete Reardon. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, May 8th, 2010 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Waverly, MN at 11:00 A.M. Visitation is Friday at the CHURCH from 4-8 P.M. (with a prayer service at 7:30 P.M.) and also one hour prior to Mass.
Interment is at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
