Roger Wendell Terry, age 69, of Lakeville, Minnesota Journeyed to the Spirit World on Friday, January 8, 2016 at The VA Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He was born on February 4, 1946 in Minneapolis, Minnesota the son of Robert Roger Terry and Beulah Mae Flute.
He honorably and proudly served his Country in the Vietnam War.
Roger graduated from UND Grand Forks, North Dakota Aviation.
He was employed for many years as a truck driver.
He enjoyed being a pilot, car and airplane shows, coin collecting, traveling, the casino, motorcycles, blow darts and was a “free spirit”.
Roger was also a member of The Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate.
Survived by four brothers: Robert LaRoque, Charles LaRoque, William LaRoque and Shawn Terry; three sisters: Lynne Hanson, Sherri Billington and Pamela Roberson; many loving and caring nieces, nephews and caregivers.
Preceded in death by a son Roger Nicholas Terry, grandfather “Chief Red Fox” Taylor Flute, grandmother Lavina Cordier Townshend, his parents Robert & Beulah Terry, sisters Faith Collier and Roberta “Sissy” Starr, a brother “Little Red Fox” David Roberson and by a great niece Denijah.
Funeral services for Roger Wendell Terry will be held on Wednesday, January 20th, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Church of Blessed Kateri. Father Mike will officiate.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, January 20th one hour prior to services at the church.
Casket Bearers will be Tom Rosen, Maurice McClom, Shane Hallstrom, Tate Hallstrom, Joe Ross Jr., Charles LaRoque and Roderick Sangster Jr.

    I have been searching for you my entire life just to say I finally know my biological father. Unfortunately, just a little to late. We will meet again someday in a better place.

    This might not be the best place for this but my health issues are getting worse and worse everyday. Could any family members help me with health issues and him? Thanks
