Paul Andrew Millerbernd, age 95, of Winsted, MN passed way on Wednesday, May 19th, 2010, at the
St. Mary’s Care Center in Winsted.

Paul was born on May 25th, 1914 in Victor Township in Wright County the son of Joseph B. L. and Josephine (Thiemann) Millerbernd.

He was united in marriage to Rosella “Sally” Laxen on October 24th, 1939, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted.

Paul was the Founder and President of Millerbernd Manufacturing Company in Winsted, MN from 1933-1985. Millerbernd Mfg. Co. is a nationwide producer of lighting structures, steel rings and
cylinders for the electrical industry.

Survived by his loving family: children, Yvonne C. (Noel) Guggemos of Lester Prairie, MN, David P. (Renee) Millerbernd of Winsted, MN, and
Stephen A. (Julie) Millerbernd of Waverly, MN, grandchildren, Sonya Guggemos, Chad (Billie) Guggemos, Trevor (Samantha) Millerbernd,
Nathan (Sarah) Millerbernd, Erika (Troy) Gerry, Emily (Blair)Johnston, Anna (Jacob) Streich, great-grandchildren, Madison, Nicholas
Guggemos, Payton Millerbernd, Ellie, Chase and Emma Millerbernd, Mason Gerry, Maeve Johnston, Gavin Streich.

Preceded in death by: wife, Rosella “Sally”, great-granddaughter Faith Johnston, siblings, Mary, Albert, Carl and Frank, and parents, Joseph and Josephine Millerbernd.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday May 24th, 2010, 10:30 A.M. Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted, MN

Visitation held Sunday 4-7 P.M. at the Chilson Funeral Home in Winsted and one hour prior to Mass at the Funeral Home.

Interment is at the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Winsted, MN
