Nancy Candice Two Hearts, age 49, of Minneapolis Journeyed to the Spirit World on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 in Minneapolis.
She was born on March 6, 1967 in Fort Yates, North Dakota.

Survived by a son: Sergio Sergotobon Jr.; daughters: Violet Rae Black Cloud, Adrian Marie Two Hearts, Cassie Sal Two Hearts, Maria Rose Two Hearts, and Letecia Two Hearts; 5 grandchildren; brothers: Shawn Noisy Hawk, Edward Noisy Hawk, Craig Two Hearts, Robert Two Hearts and Pernell Two Hearts; sisters: Jolene Curley, Cheryl Noisy Hawk and Stephanie Hollow; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents; sister: Alicia Noisy Hawk; and nephew: Chico Noisy Hawk.

An all-night wake will be held on Monday, August 8th beginning at 7:00 P.M. at All Saints Episcopal, 3044 Longfellow Avenue, Minneapolis MN.
Funeral service Wednesday, August 10th at 11:00 A.M. at Little Eagle Blue Gym. Pastor Robert TwoBulls will officiate. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Episcopal Cemetery in Little Eagle, South Dakota.
