Mary Irene (Keefe) Stifter
Age 84 of Winsted. Mary passed away Wednesday February 18th, 2010 at
Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
Mary Irene was born in Minneapolis, MN the daughter of Daniel and Mary
(Heiling) Keefe on April 17th, 1925.
She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Casimir “Casey”
Stifter, on June 25th, 1949 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Winsted, MN.
Mary lived a strong life. She had a strong love for her family and the simple pleasures in life. She was a person that alway gave without expecting to receive. She worked many years at the Winsted Hospital caring for her job and then going home to care for her family. Her love for her husband shows it’s strength in her concern for Casey after she would be gone. We love you mom and will be thinking of you while sitting by the fire in the grove.

Mary was preceded in death by her Siblings Gervase Keefe, Dr. Jerome
(1st spouse Dorothy, 2nd spouse Ellen) Keefe, Daniel Keefe. Parents
Daniel and Mary Keefe. In-laws Iley Sexton and Helen Stifter.
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
