Manuel “Gato” Sanchez, age 80, of Minneapolis, Minnesota journeyed to the Spirit World on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at his residence. He was born on July 6th, 1941 in Durango, Mexico. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Manuel liked to listen to music, dance and spend time at the park.
Survived by his son and step-children: Joel Sanchez, Justin Two-Bears, Jerrel Cadotte and Arden Santana all of Minneapolis, Minnesota and 4 grandchildren: Angelina Sanchez, Audrianna Sanchez, Emiliano Sanchez and Adrian Thompson.
An all-night wake will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at the Church of Gichitwaa Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota beginning at 6:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. (Noon) at the Church of Gichitwaa Kateri in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The officiate will be Joseph Besten.
Honorary Casket Bearers will be: Angelina Sanchez, Audrianna Sanchez, Emiliano Sanchez, and Adrian Thompson
Casket Bearers will be Joel Sanchez, Justin Two-Bears, Jerrel Cadotte, Jerrel Mountain and Luis Olvera.
