Lola Jeanne Chalupsky, passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 10. She was predeceased by her husband, Amos, a miscarried child, Mary Joseph, her parents, Arvid & Gladys Olson, brother Rod Olson and several treasured relatives and friends. She is survived by step children Lorelie (Donald-d), Gary (Lynn), Carl (Diana), by children Stephen, Douglas (Carolyn), Theodore (Diane), Jeanne (Kent), Brian (Sandy), Judith, Mathew (Cindy), Glenn (Grace), Kenneth (Elgene), Lawrence (Donna), Bruce (Alice) and by sister, Bonnie Connor. She is also survived by many beloved grandchildren, along with numerous cherished relatives and friends.

Hers was a life well-lived, having raised fourteen children and helping to manage several successful businesses in partnership with her husband of fifty five years, Amos. Her most precious focus was her beloved Roman Catholic faith, which she joyfully shared with all whom she encountered along her path. Her intellect, keen wit, sense of humor, counsel and loving tenderness to family and friends, will be deeply missed.

Lola and her family convey their sincerest thanks and appreciation to the doctors, nurses and staff of Ridgeview Hospital, Presbyterian Homes of Folkestone / Lake Minnetonka Shores and the Marie Steiner Kelting Hospice. Your efforts and kindness on her behalf will never be forgotten. Prayers will always be said for you.

A Memorial Mass for Lola Jean Chalupsky will be celebrated on Friday, July 15, 2016, 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Mary of Czestochowa, Delano, MN, with Reverend Joseph-Quoc Vuong presiding. Visitation will be on Friday, July 15th one hour prior to Mass at the church. Interment will be private. Memorials preferred to the pro-life charity of the donor’s choice.
