  1. Shirley Cain

I know words are not enough to express what is in my heart. I am going to try. Diana, I did not know your son. But, I would warrant a guess that he is a reflection of you and your values—of courage and love. It is outside the natural order of life for a child to go before their parent. I watched my parents lose my sister when I was only 15 years old. My heart hurt for them and for me. My heart now hurts for you and your family. Just know my prayers are with you and your family today and for many days after. Take the time to grieve and to also celebrate the beautiful memories you have of him. With love and prayers, Shirley Cain.
