I am sorry to hear of Harlan’s passing. He was always up for family events and common sense communication. I learned some life long lessons from him while growing up. Harlan was a very good uncle. He now has a place with the Lord.
Phil Otto and family
So sorry for your loss. Our sympathy to the family.
As a kid, I was invited to help pick rocks and it happened to be at Wegscheid’s farm. It was great experience. They fed all of us a wonderful meal afterward, with all the lemonade we could drink. I’ll always remember their friendly generosity.
Joann and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Harlan always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. God bless you all.
We are deeply saddened but truly grateful for the wonderful years that the Lord gave us, living next to this grandfather-type personality! Harlan made such a difference in our move out here — we don’t know where to begin. Besides lending us tools, tractors and expertise (and a good dose of humor and a twinkle in the eye) he was the best, hardworking, tough and friendly neighbor we could have asked for. Deep condolences to you, dear Joann and the rest of your family.
My dad Ervin Wegscheid and Harlan were first cousins. Dad was sorry to hear about his passing and sends his prayers to the family.
Is the Barb Otto mentioned above Barbara Otto, daughter of Luke & Eleanor Otto in Lester Prairie? She was my classmate at Holy Trinity School in Winsted.
