Gloria Jean Negrette, age 80 of Saint Paul, Minnesota journeyed to the Spirit World on Friday, October 29, 2021. She was born on December 3, 1940 in Red Lake, Minnesota, the eldest daughter of Paul and Jennie (Johnson) Lussier.

Gloria created beautiful beadwork, learned from her grandmother, sewn quilts for all her loved ones, and loved unconditionally.  She loved to watch movies, cartoons, read books, go to the casino and having family parties with lots of laughs.

She was proud to be a mother to five children, grandmother to ten grandchildren and a great grandmother of twenty-nine great grandchildren. She lived her life having fun, she got to see all of her children grow up and have families of their own.  Becoming a grandma was her best time in life after teenagers.

Gloria loved all her great-grandchildren meeting them and holding them, getting to go up north to see them.  She was proud of all of her babies, each generation.  She wanted the best for you and the best life for your family.  Honor her by living your life, the way that she brought us all up.  She lived for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and adopted family! Keep all her babies safe and she will smile down upon us.  Remember her as a happy, cheerful and honest women.  Gloria was very nice, which we all can giggle at, but she was a very nice woman.  We are all blessed to have received her love as a mother.

Survived by her children: Patrice Marie Burns, Marianne (Floyd) Wells, Ronald Negrette, Laura Negrette and Nancy Negrette; brother: Jerome Lussier, sisters: Deborah Lussier and Janice Lussier and many loving nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Remember our jobs are never done so keep your heads up and keep moving forward.  Remember to enjoy life with people that you love!
