Donnavin F. DeWitt, 18, of Bemidji, died Wednesday Sept. 11th, 2013. He was Born July 13th, 1995 to Fire Eagle DeWitt And Amy Tanner in Minneapolis MN. He was raised in Bemidji and Brainerd MN. He loved to be with family, go fishing, travel, laugh, play jokes, tease and have fun. He had a great sense of humor, a great heart and loved hanging out with his friends and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother Amy Tanner. He is survived by his father Fire Eagle DeWitt & Melanie Stone of Bemidji, special aunt Fawn DeWitt of Brainerd, sister Ellissa DeWitt of Brainerd, sisters Katie & Kayla DeWitt of Duluth, brother Xander Kingbird, sisters Kimberly Crowell, Cynthia & Brittney Meza and brother Fire Eagle Dewitt of Minneapolis MN, and special friend Melinda Jones.
I am so sorry for your loss. May it help you to know that God says at Isaiah 61:2: He will comfort the mourning ones. So please go to him and pour your heart out and taste and see that he is willing and able to comfort you. May it also help you to know that he will bring back to life all those in his memory. So yes, you may be able to see your loved one again. I hope these facts bring you and your family some help during your difficult days ahead.
You will be deeply missed Donnavin! I will never forget the memories we shared with friends. Rest in Peace friend.
Miss you bro, I’ll never forget all the amazing things we once did. You are missed deeply by family and friends; I hope you saw at your services on both days. Rest easy and stay strong on your journey.
How sad we were to hear of Donnavin’s passing. His magnetic personality and contagious smile will forever be remembered. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time, he will missed. R.I.P.
