To Chris, Jennie, and Scott and your families especially; I pray for peace and comfort and the healing balm of His great love. To all of the others of our family and friends, as well, may we feel God’s love in our lives. I look forward to seeing those of you who I haven’t seen in a long time, and to meeting others who I haven’t met, in spite of the conditions under which we meet. We have hope because of Jesus. Love, Sue

As a youngster visiting my relatives “on the farm” in MN, I remember when Uncle George married Ruth and we welcomed new cousins. I think I probably had a crush on Dave as he was a couple years older that I was. I certainly have Ruth in my prayers as she will be lost without Dave around. I will pray for his children, also, who I never had the privilege of meeting. May you all feel the peace that only our Lord can send…even though we can’t understand it. Just accept it and be grateful.

    Before us great Death stands
Our fate held close within his quiet hands.
When with proud joy we lift Life’s red wine
To drink deep of the mystic shining cup
And ecstasy through all our being leaps—
Death bows his head and weeps.
