    Dan was a dear friend. My wife, Margie worked with Dan at Sterner Lighting. That’s how I met Dan. We had nice visits and always gave him a meal, even though he would say I didn’t come for that. He also helped out and was happy to help when needed. He had a kind heart. Really will miss Dan.

    Tom and Tess;
    I am so saddened by your loss. Dan was a great guy, kind, caring and giving, something I’m sure he learned from your folks! Mom has asked me to extend her sympathies as well. Take care and hold tight the memories…

    Colleen and I always felt so fortunate to have Dan enter our lives when he applied to work at the orchard! We loved ‘catching ‘ up with Dan, getting to know the person I once lived next to in the early 60’s!, his penchant to please his employer, and through Dan, being able to connect with Tom & Tess. Blessings come in many forms, Dan is one of them.

    Sorry to hear of Dan’s passing; I knew when I talked to him about Legion stuff he had a keen memory and a passion for his work. He was kind and generous.
