We came to know Charles and Rosemary through my Dad, Jerry Guggemos. Dad and Charlie were cousins. They and Carrie came out to California several years ago and we really hit it off with Charlie and Rosie (as we remember Charlie calling Rosemary). He was a kind, warm and lovely man and he will truly be missed. Godspeed Charles Weber. God bless the Weber family.
