Brandon Gabriel Shepherd Sr., age 37, of Sisseton, SD journeyed to the Spirit World on Thursday, July 9, 2015.

He was born on February 27, 1978 in Sisseton, SD the son of Raymond Shepherd Jr. and Ramona Keeble.

Brandon enjoyed working with horses. He attended Tiospa Zina Tribal School and enjoyed playing basketball and football. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, participating in rodeos with his brother where he was a bronc rider and bull rider. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his father, sons Austin Shepherd, Samuel Shepherd, Joshua Shepherd and Brandon Shepherd Jr.; daughters Jaisey Shepherd and Brenna Shepherd; brothers Claude Keeble, George Keeble, Leonard Shepherd, Raymond Shepherd III and Daniel Shepherd; sisters Nikki Keeble, Fern Keeble, Charlotte Shepherd, Katelynn Shepherd and Raylynn Shepherd; aunts Katie McKay, Darlyn Kitto and Vastana James; uncle Gerald Williams; many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his mother; brothers Adrian Keeble, Joshua Shepherd, Andrew Shepherd Sr.; sisters Claudette Keeble and Tamara Shepherd; maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents.

Funeral services for Brandon Shepherd will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Community Center in Old Agency Village, SD at 2:00 PM.

All night wakes will be held Sunday, July 12 and Monday July 13 beginning at 4:00 PM at the Community Center in Old Agency Village.

Honorary casket bearers will be all his family and friends.

Casket bearers will be Brian Rodlund Sr., Raphael Bluedog, Trinny Seaboy, Chris Felicia Sr., Jesse Thompson, Joe Saul, A.J. Renville, Tyler Shepherd, Austin Shepherd and Curtis Bissonette.

Interment at St. John’s Episcopal Cemetery in Browns Valley.

Chilson Funeral Home, Winsted, MN assisted the family with arrangements.
