Sorry to hear of Bernice’s passing. She and Del were always so kind and thoughtful to me when I saw them. My prayers for Bernice as they have been for Del.
It was such a gift to get to know Bernice during the final months of her life at the nursing home. She was content no matter what challenges/inconveniences she faced. She lived out her strong faith every day. She was appreciative of any kindnesses showed to her. And she loved to play BINGO.
She shared wonderful stories about life on the farm growing up, showing cows at the county fair, her parents taking their family to feed the monkey at Oster store and visit many educational sites in the state. She will be truly missed.
Our Condolences to the family. She and Del were such great neighbors to us for many years
